Ritter Energie- und Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co KG has rented storage space in Ostfildern through Amanthos. The property comprises approx. 3,100 m² of warehouse space and approx. 100 m² of office space. The Stuttgart-based real estate agency Amanthos acted as advisor and broker for the lease. Ritter Energie is the specialist for ecological heating systems in small and large formats. The company installs solar thermal systems under the Paradigma and XL brands.
The vacuum tube collectors are produced at the company headquarters in Dettenhausen. Due to the energy and climate crisis and the difficult supply chain situation, the company needs additional storage space and is pleased to have found this in acceptable proximity to the site.
