The Stuttgart-based real estate agency Amanthos Services GmbH has successfully supported the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Engineers, a professional corporation under public law, in renting its new office location in Stuttgart’s Neckarpark at Lenore-Volz-Strasse 1-5. The brokered space comprises around 740 square meters and will be occupied for the first time after completion of the project development. The handover of the space is planned for the turn of the year 2025. The property is owned by the project development company DIBAG, which operates both locally and nationally.
