We are delighted to announce that Amanthos has successfully accompanied the sale of a residential project in Kreuzsteinstrasse in the Schweinau district of Nuremberg.

The project comprises a total of 121 residential units, which will be completed by the end of the year and offer a wide range of 1- to 3-bedroom apartments with living spaces of between 28 and 80 square meters. The new owner is a fund managed by Tishman Speyer, which has taken over the property in shell condition. The total living space of the project is just under 7,000 square meters and includes 57 underground parking spaces.

The property is being built in accordance with KfW’s strict KfN-QNG specifications and thus stands for sustainability and quality. This development will create additional living space in an increasingly sought-after location. Schweinau is not only characterized by its excellent transport links via the A73 freeway and the Schweinau underground and S-Bahn stations, but also offers an outstanding infrastructure with a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity.
