Consultant (m/f/d) Industrial & Logistics
YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
– Independent acquisition and brokerage of industrial and logistics real estate and commercial properties
– Management of rental and purchase properties (existing properties and project developments)
– Customer advice and support from inquiry to contract signing
– Preparation & perception of negotiation appointments
– Development of utilization concepts, market and location analyses and marketing strategies
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN APPLICANT WITH:
– Completed studies in economics and/or training as a as a
real estate agent or other commercial training
– Acquisition & negotiation skills
– Proactive, independent and structured way of working
– Strong team & communication skills
– Very good German & English skills
– Confident handling of MS Office products
