– Search for land potential for project developments
– Preparation of market & location analyses
– Research on the logistics market in Baden- Württemberg
– Support in the acquisition of new logistics properties
– Independent organization of viewing appointments
– Preparation of presentation documents and exposés
– Participation in the development of the property database
– Collaboration and support of the Industry & Logistics team

– Degree in economics, real estate management or similar
