YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
– Support of the Office Investment Team in day-to-day business
– Preparation of market, location & property analyses
– Support in the preparation of cash flow models
– Maintenance, updating and expansion of the property database
– Collaboration in every phase of the transaction process
– Assumption of tasks within a project
– Preparation of presentation documents and investment offers
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN APPLICANT WITH:
– Degree in economics, real estate management or similar
– Very high level of commitment
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Analytical thinking
– Quick comprehension
– Independent and structured way of working
– Very good German & English skills
– Confident handling of MS Office products
