The Stuttgart-based real estate agency Amanthos Services GmbH has successfully advised a company from the consulting and advisory sector on the rental of its new office space in Stuttgart’s Neckarpark. In spring 2024, the company will move into its new location in the new Q8 building project at Mercedesstrasse 41 on the NeckarParkQ8 site in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt. The brokered space amounts to approx. 620 sqm and will be rented as first occupancy upon completion of the project development. The property is owned by the local and nationally active project development company DIBAG Industriebau.
