Amanthos is pleased to announce the successful brokerage of an exclusive restaurant space at Friedrichstrasse 6, Stuttgart, formerly known as “RITZI”. The attractive property comprises around 485 m² of restaurant space as well as a spacious outdoor area of around 300 m². The location in Stuttgart’s highly frequented City Gate with a long shop window front facing Friedrichstrasse (B27) offers excellent visibility and is therefore ideal for a lively restaurant concept.
The space will be operated by 7seconds GmbH, which has already successfully established the well-known NOA restaurant at Tübinger Straße 10, Stuttgart. The new restaurant will expand the NOA concept and offer a fusion of Levantine and international cuisine with a special focus on authenticity, sustainability and quality.
