The Stuttgart-based real estate agency Amanthos advised ZWP Ingenieur AG on the leasing of its new office location in the Stuttgart Engineering Park (STEP). The engineers at ZWP Ingenieur-AG have been working in the field of planning and project supervision for technical building equipment, building management and environmental protection for around 40 years.
The extensive range of services includes consulting and planning services for complex tasks from all disciplines of technical building services and in all service phases. The new office space with a total size of approx. 950 m² is located in Meitnerstr. 10, 70563 Stuttgart in the renowned STEP.
