As a Commercial Clerk, you will take on a central role in our company and help to ensure that our administrative processes in hotel operations and real estate management run smoothly.
This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment and to develop your career with us.

YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Support in administrative day-to-day business, both for hotel operations and real estate management
  • Processing business correspondence (e-mails, post)
  • Invoice verification, creation and posting
  • Support in the creation of reports and evaluations
  • Maintenance and management of contracts and documents
  • Support in financial accounting (e.g. entry of documents)
  • Coordination and communication with external service providers and business partners
  • General office work and organizational tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN APPLICANT WITH:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in administration, accounting or real estate management desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • High service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and enjoyment of varied tasks in a dynamic environment
