For our dynamic hotel team in Prize, Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a dedicated kitchen assistant (m/f/d) who is passionate about the preparation and presentation of our breakfast buffet. In this versatile position, you will play a decisive role in our kitchen team and make a significant contribution to offering our guests a perfect start to the day.
YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:
- Preparation and presentation of the breakfast buffet
- Assistance with the preparation of breakfast dishes
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Assistance with stock management and ordering food
- Support for the kitchen team if required
- Compliance with food and hygiene regulations

- Experience in the kitchen, ideally in breakfast service
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
- An organized and efficient way of working
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene
