YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
– Supporting the office investment team in day-to-day business
– Preparation of market, location & property analyses
– Support with the creation of cash flow models
– Maintenance, updating and expansion of the property database
– Cooperation in every phase of the transaction process
– Taking on tasks within a project
– Preparation of presentation documents and investment offers
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN APPLICANT WITH:
– Degree in economics, real estate management or similar.
– Very high level of commitment
– Excellent problem solving skills
– Analytical thinking
– Quick comprehension
– Independent and structured way of working
– Very good knowledge of German & English
– Confident handling of MS Office products
