YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
– Supporting the Office Letting/Investment team in day-to-day business
– Preparation of market & location analyses
– Research on the office market in Central Switzerland
– Support in the acquisition of new office space & tenants
– Collaboration in the marketing process for existing spaces and project developments
– Independent realization of viewing appointments
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN APPLICANT WITH:
– Degree in economics, real estate management or similar.
