YOUR MAIN TASKS INCLUDE
– Search for international and national retail concepts
– Research the retail market in Lucerne
– Support in the acquisition of new retail space
– Independently organize viewing appointments
– Create presentation documents and exposés
– Participation in the development and maintenance of the property database
– Collaboration and support of the retail team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN APPLICANT WITH:
– Degree in economics, real estate management or similar.
– Very high level of commitment
– Excellent problem solving skills
– Analytical thinking skills
– Quick comprehension
– Independent and structured way of working
– Very good German & English skills
– Confident handling of MS Office products
– Willingness to travel
