The Stuttgart-based real estate agency Amanthos has advised the leading general service provider for the nationwide expansion of digital communication infrastructures, comcross GmbH, on the rental of warehouse space in Böblingen. The approx. 4,400 m² warehouse space is located in the Hulb industrial estate and offers optimal transport links to the A81 highway.
