The Stuttgart-based real estate agency Amanthos advised the media company PlanValley GmbH on the rental of its new office location of approx. 600 m² in Stuttgart’s Fasanenhof district. The tenancy was concluded on a long-term basis. The property is owned by an institutional investorand was represented throughout the marketing process by JLL as landlord representative.
